Springs of Life Preschool

Our philosophy for Preschool at Springs of Life Preschool is simple:

1. Preschool must prepare kids for Kindergarten: The very purpose of preschool is to begin to prepare kids for school. We teach a curriculum-based program called Funshine Express so that we provide consistent learning opportunities for all kids in our care.

2. Preschool needs to teach at appropriate age/ability: We break our classes into smaller groups by age and ability so kids can learn at the maximum pace. 3-year olds work on fine motor skills, while 4-year olds prepare for kindergarten with emphasis on letters, letter sounds, first words, and more.

3. Preschool has to be fun! Springs of Life readies kids for kindergarten but strives to teach kids that learning is fun and so is school.

4. Education and diet are important for preschoolers: We serve breakfast, lunch and snacks that meet State of Colorado nutritional food standards and exercise daily either outside or in our heated indoor gym.

Parents can sign up for half-day (mornings or afternoons) or full-day care for their children. Most teaching is done in the morning but there is additinal learning opportunities in the afternoon. Quiet time/nap time is held everyday after lunch.
